Seneca Rocks Climbing School - Cancellation Policy

SRCS requires a $200.00 deposit in order to book courses or $195 to book private guiding with us.

We require that all cancellations be made 10 days prior to Seneca Rocks Climbing Schoolthe start of a particular course/P.G. reservation in order to refund your fulldeposit.  If a cancellation is requested less than 10 days from the start of a course/P.G. reservation, or is booked and subsequently cancelled within  10 days of the requested date(s), SRCS reserves the right to keep all the deposit.

If you wish to reschedule, we can apply your deposit to a later, more convenient date. If the course or private guide has to be cancelled by S.R.C.S. due to weather, your deposit will be refunded in full or the course can be rescheduled at that time.

It is important to note how pessimistic and consistently wrong internet weather sites are. We understand that stuff happens, and sometimes it is necessary to cancel or reschedule a particular course booking.  We will do our best to accommodate any last minute scheduling conflicts; so please call as early as possible if you need to make changes.

"No Shows" will be charged the full amount of the course.Seneca Rocks Climbing School
